This is a tutorial in Tinker CAD which helps students to build a simple Gear and gives an introduction on how to resize the gears to make them create different speeds and torque.

Tinkercad is an online 3D modeling software and it works on a really simple mechanism that can be used in various designing projects. It allows students to create designs with a simple drag and drop of shapes.

During this lesson, students will start by exploring how blocks are used to make this ring on the 3D Printer.  Rings are simple, 3D-printable objects that can be customized. Students will design and print rings to wear and share with others throughout the sessions.
