While all our teachers at QA Kids are industry professionals who could take one’s skills to the next level, they have experience on how to turn each class into a dynamic learning moment that children will remember for years to come.
Rachael has over 20 years of experience in education. Her passion for the field began in high school when she worked and tutored in a special education class, and discovered her ability to develop lesson plans that can be adapted to various learning styles.
After operating her own daycare for over 15 years, working with children, young adults, and adults with disabilities, Rachael went to Sprott Shaw Community College in Victoria, BC to upgrade her office skills and graduated with an honours diploma. Her passion, experience, and friendly manner make her a tremendous asset to Q Rangers.
Rachael’s responsibilities include being the primary point of contact for students, funders, and corporate clients. As the Director of Q Rangers, she works closely with our instructors to ensure they deliver the most updated curriculum with each class. Rachael also plays a key role in processing registrations and payments, as well as in organizing on- and off-campus events.
Rachael constantly updates information for all Q Rangers campuses.
