Frequently Asked Questions

Rangers is an online learning platform that aims to impact the future through empowering young minds. With a focus on tech education, it offers single or group online classes and an innovative program with tools and high quality resources on coding and other technologies for kids ages 6 to 18 years old.
Generally speaking, courses covered in Rangers camps include Coding, Minecraft, Photoshop, among many others. 
Rangers offers an alternative learning experience. We offer live classes in coding and design and an innovative program complete with tools and a wealth of resources available for our students.

Each course length differs from one another. We have courses that only take a few hours to complete in a day, and we also have courses that have several classes spread out to several weeks. Please refer to the specific course outlines provided in the homepage.

Courses have different schedules throughout the year. Our single and group classes have flexible schedules. Please check out our courses for more details.

We have three campuses: two physical locations and one virtual campus. Our physical locations are located in Victoria and Vancouver, British Columbia.

Here at Rangers, we are only offering Virtual 1:1 and Virtual Group 4:1 classes for kids
Sign up your child on the Rangers website and fill out the form. Please wait for further instructions that will be sent via email.

We only offer courses for kids ages 6 to 18 years old. If you are looking for Adult courses, please visit qacademy.ca or email info@qacademy.ca. 

We need to verify your child’s age to determine if the program they are interested in is age-appropriate.

Please feel free to browse our courses for any topic your kid would be interested in. However, there are prerequisites for certain courses to make sure your kid’s progress gradually and steadily for each course taken.

Rangers will implement a CAD $50 fee for all NSF payments or cheques returned by the bank. If fees are not paid two weeks before the dates indicated in the registration, interest and late payment fees will be charged. Regarding withdrawal from a camp, the following policies apply: Within three weeks prior to the camp’s start date, the school will charge CAD $50 per camp. If the withdrawal is within two weeks or less prior to the start date of the camp, the school will retain 50 percent of the cost of the camps enrolled in.
We don’t have physical classes at Rangers. All of our classes are delivered online.

We offer single and group classes held virtually.

Courses offered by Rangers are divided into three age groups: 6 to 9, 10 to 12,  and 13 to 18.

Students enrolled in our online classes need to have technical requirements. A personal computer connected to the internet with a webcam is required. Instructors will notify students of any technical requirements related to the course taken.
